• Loss of Enjoyment: The Property is not liable for any loss of enjoyment or amenities due to unforeseen circumstances, including maintenance issues, renovations, or temporary closures.
• Reservation Changes and Cancellations: The Property's cancellation policy applies to all reservations. The Property is not responsible for any fees or penalties incurred due to changes or cancellations.
