Terms and Conditions for Staying at: Above The Narrows Bed and Breakfast

1. Reservation and Payment:

1.2 Payment: We accept AirBnB (preferred), VISA, Mastercard. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
2. Check-In and Check-Out:
2.1 Check-In: Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
2.2 Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00am. Late check-out may be subject to an additional fee and availability.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
3.1 Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy varies based on the type of room and the time of cancellation. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.
3.2 Refunds: Refunds are subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. No-shows and early checkouts are non-refundable.
